This wonderful partner is currently seeking an experienced Manager to join their boutique and people centric offering within the Commercial Strategy domain. An amazing opportunity to join this people first consulting organisation. 

The role 

• As Manager, you will lead multiple projects and work streams
• Heavy emphasis on stakeholder management and client development ( without rev targets at this level) 
• Liasion between the SLT , clients and teams in order to assess delivery efficency in terms of cost vs deadlines, budgets etc
• Mentoring junior team members, assisting with development plans and involvement with team operational duties

Your profile 

• A minimum of 4 years experience within Commercial Strategy focus for pharma
• Evidence of project management and team lead duties
• Strong background in delivery 
• Passion for life sciences and working as a team
• Experience of working on global projects is welcome 
• Fluency in English required
