We are searching across Europe for skilled R&D practitioners in a number of focus areas for this team. The Role

• To develop, grow and lead teams of specialist R&D strategists across the EMEA region
• To liaise with clients in an advisory capacity to best understand & address client pain points
• To serve as Key client contact
• To manage the entire project process from acquisition to completion
• To develop and nurture a new client base
• To generate revenue within targets set by the organisation
• To direct consulting teams, mentor, recruit and manage multiple teams
• To participate in Thought Leadership activities
• To work cross functionally in line with the corporate matrix

Your Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in consulting
• R&D Ops, Pipeline and Portfolio Strategy, R&D Tech, Clinical Development, Clinical Trials
• Strong focus on R&D activities within pharma, biotech, biopharma, and other Life Science sectors
• Excellent communicator
• Strong leadership history
• Experience in relationship / stakeholder management, and ability to grow and develop long lasting relationships within the R&D focus area
• Excellent knowledge of industry current affairs
• Experience in a TL capacity
• Solid consulting tool kit
• Fluency in English written and verbal
