An Associate Principal level role within this niche consulting team, a strategic role paired with technology and science, this role is sure to offer an exciting career within patient centricity. A research-based role focusing on qualitative and quantitative research methods eg COA and PRO based work.

The Role

• To oversee a wide portfolio of projects within the PCS space circa 6 at one time
• To develop and communicate strategic insights providing solid recommendations for clients
• To support business development
• To plan resources and to track and control delivery
• To create reports and updates for the leadership team and external stakeholders
• To support people-based topics such as recruitment, training and development

Your profile

• You will have at least 5 – 8 years’ experience within public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology or health economics consulting
• You will have previous experience of working in a strategic environment/ capacity
• You will have experience of working with multiple RWE generation methods eg, COA / PRO
• A solid understanding of regulatory processes and payer systems
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent education history with an advanced academic degree
• A strong leadership track record with previous experience of leading teams
• Fluency in English
