The Roles

• We are currently searching for professionals across the consulting hierarchy within Germany, Switzerland and Austria on behalf of our Global Strategy Partners. We are looking for specialists who are excited by The Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industries. You may have worked in these verticals before now and offer a niche or you could be a specialist from Industrial Goods, Manufacturing or indeed Chemicals with a passion for The Life Sciences industry. These opportunities can be offered to those outside of the region with assistance given for relocation.

• A sole focus is offered on Life Sciences and Pharma consulting within the DACH region, topics covered by this team are incredibly diverse. Manufacturing and Production, Supply Chain, Cost and Procurement, Logistics, Smart Manufacturing and Commercial Operations are the wide scope for these roles. These functions can also cover innovation, transformation and digitisation-based projects.

• We would be interested in profiles from a strategic consulting background with between 2.5 – 10 years consulting experience. As well as this we would also be eager to speak with professionals from industry who are interested in a transition to consulting

• Typically, all of these levels will be client facing and will involve heavy amounts of collaboration with wider team members, internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Previous experience within a strategic consulting capacity / industry base

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Industrial Goods, Manufacturing, Chemicals is appreciated

• Background within Operations Strategy

• Emerging to clearly defined leadership skills sets - dependent upon level of entry to the team

• Excellent Education history from leading University required with excellent grades, as well as either MSC MBA or PhD , again with top grades
