EMEA Lead, Value and Access Partner to Senior Partner level Pharma
Senior Leadership Opportunity for EMEA, Partner to Senior Partner level equivalent. Our leading global life science partners are strengthening their hold within the Market Access and Pricing Advisory space across the EMEA region with a focus on pharma, MedTech, biotech, biopharma. An exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned specialist brand within Life Sciences advisory. These opportunities sit within an innovation team and Centre of Excellence for EMEA.
The Role
As an EMEA lead you will focus on the overall development of the Market Access and Pricing offering within this Centre of Excellence in conjunction with the EMEA SLT team.
The role is an innovation based opportunity that will draw upon your creative abilities to create new , exciting and dynamic solutions to ease client pain points
In this role, you will be acquiring projects and clients of a very high net worth to the overall BU and therefore the expectation at Senior level is the focus on BD will be greater than that of delivery
To deliver best in practice consulting and delivery methods to external stakeholders
To grow and develop the overall team as a “go to “for Access and Pricing advisory within the EMEA region.
To participate in Thought Leadership activities in association with leadership
To assist with the growth and development of teams across the COE
To mentor , recruit and development of those individuals relevant and working within the COE
To performance review and report and forecast in collaboration with the SLT for EMEA
Your Profile
10+ years experience within an advisory or solutions-based environment
Extensive understanding of the EU life sciences arena , pharma, medtech, biopharma, biotech
Strong BD skills with exceptional capabilities within the big deals space
Proven track record at senior leadership level and ability to run multiple teams and work streams
A solid and expert level of experience within the Market Access and Pricing focus area
Solid commercial awareness from the perspective of running a profitable team
Creative and innovative, solution finder
A true entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
