Our highly prestigious Strategy clients are seeking Managers to Principals to join their German team of Healthcare and Life Sciences specialists. These roles will focus on innovation and transformation-based topics. The role

To assist with the growth and development of the HC and Life sciences provision of consulting services within Germany and the wider EU / Globe

To grow and develop a personal portfolio of clients

To work with senior leadership collaboratively on both client acquisition and deliverables

To provide first class advisory within a range of topic areas, Performance & cost Improvement

Operating model , organizational change ,Process redesign , process digitalization Transformation programs ,Supply chain, procurement ,Digital Health, Start-up Collaboration  Ecosystems

To assist with the mentoring, growth and retention of current and future teams

To work collaboratively with the global network of HC and Life Sciences specialists

Your profile

A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within Life Sciences Strategy Consulting (industry base also considered)

Previous and extensive project leadership experience

Experience of working on Performance & cost Improvement , Operating model , organizational change ,Process redesign , process digitalization Transformation programs ,Supply chain, procurement ,Digital Health, Start-up Collaboration  Ecosystems based projects

Solid expert focus on life sciences and pharma

Excellent consulting tool kit

Excellent relationship management skills

Clear communication skills with a fluency in English & German preferential

Excellent industry knowledge

Good education history
