Engagement Manager - CRM Implementation Lead Pharma
Our wonderful global life sciences partners are hiring rapidly across their technology portfolio within the EMEA region. Offering a wonderfully exciting & varied portfolio of solutions specific to their pharma, MedTech, biotech, biopharma clients, they are seeking an experienced leader within the CRM implementation space to assist with the timely delivery of large projects across the EMEA region.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional delivery expertise within the wide remit of the CRM space, sole accountability for high net worth implementations and role outs.
To raise awareness of add on solutions available within the wider portfolio with client matching need and product
To act as a lead and primary point of contact for all relevant accounts with both client and implementation team
To liaise directly with the wider network of tech consulting and implementation teams across the regional utilising cross topic skill sets when required
To create develop and maintain solid business relationships with client portfolios and also key stakeholders both internally and externally
Your Profile
Solid experience within the life sciences space stemming from either a solutions, consulting or industry mix background
10 years’ experience within a client facing role
Solid stakeholder management skills and relationship building skills
Previous leadership skills with large and diverse teams
Strong knowledge of CRM solutions as well as understanding Salesforce, Veeva and any other relevant commercial analytics platforms customer related
Fluency in English and other European languages most welcome
