Team Leader Customer Service Chemicals
Our client is a € multi-billion life science and technology service provider with locations throughout Europe and the world. For their German Headquarters in Hamburg, they are seeking to appoint a bright and ambitious Team Leader Customer Service for their Industrial and Environmental Analysis business unit. Responsibilities will include:
- Full management responsibility for a customer service team of 10, inc. training, H&S etc.
- Providing quality, tailored advice to national and international clients
- Interface between client and laboratory
- Planning, managing and delivering client projects
- Reviewing and approving test results
- Marketing of analytical services
- Working with partner laboratories within the group
- Continuous optimisation of client management and service quality
- Complaint management
- Defining and reporting departmental KPIs
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a scientific degree qualification and management experience in a customer service role or similar. Ideally, you will have experience in a laboratory/quality testing environment and any previous exposure to Laboratory Information Management Sysytems (LIMS) would be a great advantage. You will be well-organised, a solid problem solver, a be comfortable in a client-facing role. Excellent presentation skills and English fluency complete your profile.
