• Creation of budgets and forecasts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Business and sparring partners for internal and external stakeholders
• Carrying out the cost center analysis with a special focus on overhead reporting, including the creation of internal benchmarks
• Definition, evaluation and analysis of relevant KPIs as well as the creation of standard and ad hoc analyzes
• Execution and support of monthly closing activities, including the preparation of reports and reports on budget variances
• Identification of optimization potential and the development of measures (across functions and countries)
• Processing of operational and strategic controlling topics

Your skills

• Studied economics (Bachelor / Diplom / Master), ideally with a focus on accounting and / or controlling
• At least 3 years of controlling experience, gladly acquired in an international context 
• Affinity for accounting processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel 
• High affinity for IT
• Experience in common ERP / consolidation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and IBM Cognos is an advantage
• Very high communication strength in German and English
• Willingness to take responsibility quickly
• High self-motivation, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
