Our clients, a boutique strategy firm in Germany are currently seeking a Manager level profile to join their growing practice. We seek a strong leader who is able to manage projects on a daily basis. Our client is experiencing strong growth in Germany and so now needs to hire as a result. A great opportunity to join a start up environment. 

The Role 

• To lead and steer multiple projects in tandem, delivering " best in class service" to clients 
• To mentor juniour members of the delivery team and assist with their growth and development
• To report to senior leadership regularly with project and team updates 
• To liasie with internal and external stakholders
• To manage vendors and external service providers
• To assist with the every day running of the practice
• To assist with recruitment and mentoring duties

Your Profile 

• A minimum of 5 year's experience in strategic consulting
• Life Science exposure would be preferential, although our client is interested in speaking with those outside of this focus
• A solid set of skills relation to the digitisation of R&D, Ops Excellence for growth 
• A team spirit , with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing ness to work from an office regularly 
• Keen to help and a strong team player
