Our new partner, a mid-sized market research company, is looking to hire a Managing Principal or an Associate Principal with a track to MP for their Healthcare team in Germany.

The Role:

• Managing the healthcare market research offering in the RX, OTC and MedTech space on a regional and global scale.
• Responsible for the generation of new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• To develop business plans and growth strategies for the healthcare offering in the company.
• -To manage and provide mentoring to all of the team.
• To report directly into the CEO.

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare market research using quantitative and  qualitative techniques.
• Extensive leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in client relationship and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Based in the  Bavaria region.
• Good sense of humour required.
