Our partners, an international management consultancy, are looking to grow their Life Sciences team in Germany. They are looking for Managers, Senior Project Managers and Principals to work on Global Projects.

The Role

• To manage and lead multiple complex projects and ensure on-time delivery
• To further develop the organisation's consulting approaches
• To support business development and contribute to the company's growth
• To provide training, support and mentoring of junior team members

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience
• Focus on Commercial strategy, M&A, Portfolio Strategy, Go-to-market etc. 
• A strong exposure and knowledge of the Life Sciences or/and Chemicals industry
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to travel to client site when required
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably German or a willingness to learn.
