Our Global Lifesciences Partners are seeking an experienced leader within the Commercial Strategy focus are to develop, grow and steer a well-established practice within France. Key focus will be on Pharma, Biopharma and MedTech based French client portfolios, with the dual function of leading and growing an exceptionally talented and dedicated team of strategy consultants.

 

The Role

  • To Develop and deliver on niche strategic solutions within a wide and extensive portfolio
  • To drive, grow and develop a new client base with the acquisition of key players within the French markets
  • To develop and sustain current work within the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • To provide best in class consulting, knowledge, and industry-based skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • To provide current and key information on industry trends, report of success factors as well as updating and delivering feedback on current projects running in tandem
  • Lead thought leadership and firm building initiatives.
  • Remain current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions to anticipate
  • To offer add on solutions within the wider portfolio to assist with the growth and development of the organisation as a whole
  • Participate in annual performance review team processes.
  • Engage in recruitment and selection of new staff.
  • To assist with the mentoring of new and current staff.

 

Your Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in a consulting capacity with a focus on pharma as well as the wider life sciences space
  • Proven capabilities in relation to BD activity of a high net worth, able and enjoys working in a target driven function
  • Ability to lead, enthuse and care for large teams and multiple projects
  • Strong Thought Leadership capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to seek new business from niche settings, and match need with solution
