Senior Commercial Consulting Lead EMEA for Biopharma

 

Our global life sciences partners are currently looking to hire Leadership Commercial Consulting Specialists to assist with the rapid growth they are experiencing with the EMEA wide Biopharma markets, this exciting role offers C Suite level stakeholder exposure within a niche growth market whilst remaining part of a highly successful and well established global commercial team of strategy specialists, dynamic firm, niche marketplace experiencing enormous success on a global scale.

 

The Role

  • To drive and develop the strategic commercial offerings within the wider EMEA region within this niche sector / portfolio
  • To develop grow and manage long standing client partnerships across the region and sector
  • To match and act in an advisory capacity in relation to a client’s commercial need / extension of offering by understanding the diversity of organisational solutions
  • To lead , grow, develop and mentor existing and new teams within the sector / practice
  • To acquire and manage new accounts within the sector
  • To work in a cross functional capacity within the wider organisation to promote further add on services within the over all solutions offering
  • To offer “best in class” commercial, content and industry knowledge and to impart this to others within the team
  • To act as a lead contact for key / major client accounts
  • To work collaboratively with the EMEA SLT

 

Your Profile

  • At least 10 + years experience of working within a consulting or solutions capacity focussing on life sciences / pharma / biotech/ biopharma MedTech as areas of interest
  • Clear and proven experience of leading and shaping teams
  • Ability to manage numerous C suite stakeholders
  • Solid experience of selling large projects and ability to cross sell
  • Desire to grow and develop teams and
  • Ability to work operationally and strategically in tandem
  • A passion for niche therapeutic areas / niche market segments
