Global CRM Manager
Our client is a global leader in the beauty and personal care industry. As the business evolves and responds to the COVID pandemic, they are investing heavily in their digital business and have created a new role as global CRM manager, to be based at their global Headquarters in Hamburg. Working in a new digital intelligence team of 5 and reporting to the Corporate Director Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, you will develop and implement global CRM architecture, ensuring CRM activities are aligned across all brands and customer touchpoints. You will maximise customer lifetime value and work with internal and external partners to develop hands-on measures. You will also identify CRM KPIs to steer and optimize CRM across the business. With a strong commercial mindset, you will use the selected CRM data to identify growth opportunities for the business. Day to day, you will manage and monitor all global CRM activities and plan the segmentation, lifecycle and targeting across all channels.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years’ CRM experience with an international brand. You will be able to show how you have used innovative multichannel CRM strategies to drive business and improve performance. SAP experience strongly preferred. You are able to work independently and appreciate the freedom to build a new digital intelligence unit within an established brand leader.
