Sales & Account Manager Other
Due to customer expansion, my Global Analytics client is looking for an Account Manager to enhance and support their existing team of 7.
This is a very exciting position and would suit someone who enjoys the excitement and hands on responsibility of Key Account Management, Sales, and Marketing. This position would suit someone who is looking to fast track their career within a global organisation.
The main task of the account manager is to secure existing customers and expand the sales of defined existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers. Among other things, this means the continuous development of personal target customers, within a branch or across branches according to targets.
Your main responsibilities within this position will include:
- Sales & Customer Controlling, Reporting, planning, Monitoring sales targets,
- Customer Care including the handling of offers, key figures, complaints, maintenance of CRM Structure.
- Planning and conducting marketing activities including the creation of sales materials, market and competition analyzes, customer events and sales
- Sales assurance and expansion of established customers and the on boarding of new business.
I am looking to speak with people who have at least 3 years experience within a Sales or key account management position ideally from a corporate environment.
Due to the nature of this position and working with international clients, English and German language skills are required for this position. Other languages would be an advantage.
