My world leader client international life science is looking for a HEAD OF, BUSINESS CONTROLLER for their corporate Food & Testing team in Hamburg.

Reporting to the FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, you will lead a team of 5 consultants and become a valuable business partner to the company. You will work closely with the cluster managers, Sales teams, and finance department to work strategically on cross-functional and cross-thematic group projects.

Being the main point of contact for cost optimization projects you will be responsible for the controlling budget planning profit and Loss and forecasting processes. Focusing on Volume, price and performance, you will support the creation of corporate policies and process descriptions as well as tracking non-conformities, finding measures to correct them.

Ideally you will have successfully completed studies in the field of business administration with a focus on finance and have several years of professional experience in the finance and controlling environment, ideally in the laboratory sector and have experience of team leadership experience.
